Selah Digital Studio — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all website design, hosting, maintenance, and marketing services provided by Selah Digital Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”) to the client (“you,” “your”).

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services Provided

Selah Digital Studio provides the following services:

Website Launch Package ($350 one-time)

Includes:

• Custom website design (desktop + mobile)
  
  

• Basic SEO setup (titles, structure, speed)
  
  

• Click-to-call + enquiry form
  
  

• Domain + hosting included for the first 12 months
  
  

• Google Business Profile setup (if requested)
  
  

• Google Search Console + Google Analytics connection
  
  

Monthly Care + Growth Plan ($150/month)

Includes:

• Hosting, security, and website updates
  
  

• Monthly Google Business Profile updates
  
  

• 10 social media posts per month (Facebook + Instagram)
  
  

• $50 advertising credit included each month
  
  

• Monthly performance report (Google Analytics + Search Console)
  
  

2) Website Pages Included & Additional Pages

The Website Launch Package includes a standard one page business website, typically:

• Home
  
  

• About
  
  

• Services
  
  

• Contact
  
  

If your project requires additional pages, Selah Digital Studio will provide a quote based on your specifications, including:

• number of pages
  
  

• page complexity (layout, galleries, forms, booking, etc.)
  
  

• copywriting requirements
  
  

• integrations (email marketing, booking tools, payment systems, etc.)
  
  

No additional pages will be built without your written approval of the quoted cost.

3) Optional Add-On Design Services (Additional Cost)

Selah Digital Studio can also provide:

• logo design
  
  

• branding support
  
  

• custom graphics and marketing images
  
  

• social media templates
  
  

These services are quoted separately, and the price will always be discussed and approved before work begins.

4) Payment Terms

• Website Launch Package: $350 due upfront before work begins.
  
  

• Monthly Care + Growth Plan: $150 billed monthly.
  
  

Monthly billing begins once the website is live (or after 14 days from completion, whichever comes first).

5) Domain & Hosting (Annual Fee)

Domain registration and hosting are included for the first 12 months.

After 12 months from the website start date, an annual fee of $150 is due to cover:

• hosting renewal
  
  

• domain re-registration
  
  

• continued website availability and security
  
  

This annual fee applies whether or not you are on the Monthly Care + Growth Plan.

6) Client Responsibilities

To complete your website on time, you agree to provide:

• business name and contact details
  
  

• service information and location
  
  

• any images you want used (optional)
  
  

• any required legal pages (if applicable)
  
  

If content is not supplied, we may use placeholder text or stock images until final content is received.

7) Timeline

Most websites are completed within 7–10 business days, depending on:

• how quickly content is supplied
  
  

• the number of pages requested
  
  

• revisions and approvals
  
  

8) Revisions

Your Website Launch includes reasonable revisions to:

• layout
  
  

• colours
  
  

• wording during the build process
  
  

Major redesigns, repeated revisions after approval, or new page requests may require an additional fee.

9) Google Business, SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

Selah Digital Studio sets up SEO foundations and connects Google tools, but we cannot guarantee:

• specific Google rankings
  
  

• a specific number of leads or sales
  
  

• advertising results
  
  

Performance depends on competition, location, industry, and ongoing activity.

10) Social Media, Advertising & Monthly Reporting

The Monthly Care + Growth Plan includes:

• 10 social media posts per month across Facebook and Instagram
  
  

• $50 advertising credit included each month
  
  

• monthly performance reporting (Google Analytics + Search Console)
  
  

The $50 advertising credit is included as part of your monthly plan and is accounted for in your monthly report, along with campaign performance and results.

Additional ad spend can be added at your request and will be discussed and approved in advance.

11) Ownership & Portfolio Use

Once your Launch Package is paid in full:

• your website content belongs to you
  
  

• your business name and branding remain yours
  
  

Selah Digital Studio may display your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

12) Cancellation

Monthly Plan Cancellation

You may cancel the Monthly Care + Growth Plan at any time with 7 days written notice before your next billing date.

Non-Refund Policy

Due to the time and labour involved, all payments are non-refundable once work has started.

13) Limitation of Liability

Selah Digital Studio is not liable for:

• lost profits
  
  

• business interruption
  
  

• third-party downtime (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.)
  
  

• issues caused by external platforms or client-supplied content

• Your business performance
